RETURNS POLICY/ REFUNDS

Important information you need to consider before placing an order. 

INTERNATIONAL -

We will not except a return for international orders , this is only for UK orders due to the items being returned at distance this causes the products to be damaged and unable to be resold.

Due to the nature of the product , this will not be possible, please consider this before purchasing.

If the delivery of your items has been unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information provided, you will NOT receive any shipping cost in the refund process. If you choose to have a redelivery, we will require an additional delivery fee. 

Important - You can refuse delivery but you will NOT RECEIVE YOUR SHIPPING COST in the refund 

 

UK ONLY 
We have a 14 day return policy on all items. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase ( order number) .

To proceed with a return you must email Info@wildcatlashes.co.uk if we proceed with your return there will be a guided process on where to send the product/s. This process must be done before any refund can take place, any products sent without this will not be accepted. 14 working day return policy ​to be from when you physically receive the product and you can contact us by email - Info@wildcatlashes.co.uk

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

The customer must cover costs of return and you will not receive original shipping cost in return.

Cancellation 

Once your order has been placed we do not offer cancellation after it has been shipped. 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

If you have entered your address incorrectly please contact us immediately as it can be changed BEFORE shipment. Providing the correct address is the responsibility of the customer and there is no guarantee it can be changed. 

Exceptions / non- returnable items 

We are unable to except returns on sale items 

Damaged/faulty 

In the off chance your order is damaged or faulty you are entitled to a refund , this will be issued when you can provide images of the damage / fault or by sending the product back for inspection  - this has to be approved. Please be aware that refunds can take time for the refund to process and will be refunded on your original payment method only.
