Delivery Information 

All orders are shipped out with Royal Mail , once orders are shipped after dispatch it is their responsibly to meet the delivery times.

Please refer to the Refund policy before ordering

Any items not delivered within these time frames will have a 10 WORKING day time frame (after time frame estimates)  before a refund can be made or an order replacement for missing items. 

If the delivery of your items has been unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping information YOU provided, you will not receive any shipping cost in the refund process. If you choose to have a redelivery, we will require an additional delivery fee. 

For orders that REQUIRE SPECIFIC delivery information, ie PO BOX ONLY and your order is shipped without this information and is unsuccessfully delivered, you will not receive your original delivery fee back .

This cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East

 

IMPORT TAX CHARGES MAY APPLY

Import duty is a tax collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. The customer is responsible to paying this, if they do not fulfil payment you are entitled to a full refund on product only , you will not receive original shipping costs paid .
